Week 7 - Ascend Your Start-Up
This week's chapter had me reminded about a topic I learned about in undergraduate. I wanted to touch on how businesses can use insights to better analyze how well a company is reaching out to their consumers. Another important factor in achieving that goal is social listening. Social listening is the monitoring of your brand's social media channels for any customer feedback and direct mentions of your brand or discussions regarding specific keywords, topics, competitors, or industries, followed by an analysis to gain insights and act on those opportunities.
